A teenage boy suffered minor injuries after colliding with a vehicle while riding an electric bicycle in Newburyport. The accident occurred around 3 p.m. as the boy was traveling east on High Street at speeds exceeding the limit. He attempted to maneuver in front of a vehicle also heading east that was making a turn onto Carey Avenue, leading to the crash. Newburyport police Lt. Gregory Whitney reported the details.
