Governor Whitmer makes a visit to Battle Creek to honor the automotive manufacturing industry.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer attended a celebration on Wednesday marking 40 years of automotive manufacturing at DENSO Manufacturing Michigan, Inc. in Battle Creek. During the event, DENSO contributed $250,000 to the Battle Creek Housing Fund, which aims to construct or renovate 1,000 homes by 2035. The celebration featured several distinguished attendees, including DENSO leaders, U.S. Representative Bill Huizenga, and local community and state officials.
