The third annual Hispanic Heritage Festival, or Festival de la Herencia Hispana, took place on Saturday, Oct. 3, in downtown Delphi, near the Carroll County Courthouse and Delphi Opera House. This event aims to celebrate and recognize the local Hispanic and Latino community, showcasing their culture and history.
