Panda Express to inaugurate a new outlet in Paragould.

Haag Brown announced that Panda Express will be opening a new location in Paragould, taking over the former Starbucks site on West Kingshighway. Although the terms of the deal and an opening date have not been disclosed, Haag Brown faced challenges when Starbucks closed. Principal Joshua Brown emphasized the importance of innovation and adapting to find the right tenant to positively impact the community. The site, which was once Mitchell Funeral Home, has transitioned from national brands like Starbucks and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, with efforts to enhance access to the development by acquiring adjacent properties.
