The Sheridan City Council held its first regular meeting for October on Monday night. Here are the key details:
-
The Council approved a resolution for the final plat of the Black Tooth Business Park, located at 3150 Heartland Drive. The applicant, Heartland Assets, LLC, plans to subdivide 53.7 acres into 15 commercial/light industrial lots.
-
City Planner Kelly Schroeder announced that Whitney Benefits will dedicate a permanent 60-foot right-of-way to the City, along with two 15-foot easement strips on either side. This will ensure public access to the subdivision and establish a City-owned street that meets City standards. Additionally, it will include City-owned water and sewer infrastructure, with improvements scheduled to coincide with the subdivision’s development.
