Automotive Scholarships for Community College Students

The Alabama Community College System (ACCS) and the Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association (AAMA) are offering $400,000 in scholarships for Alabama residents interested in automotive manufacturing careers.
Application Details
- Scholarship Amount: Up to $4,000
- Use: Covers tuition, books, and fees for the 2027 spring, summer, or fall semesters.
Eligible Programs
Students must be enrolled in one of the following programs at an Alabama community college:
- Mechatronics
- Advanced Manufacturing Technology
- Automated Manufacturing Technology
- Industrial Electronics Technology
- Industrial Maintenance Technology
- Manufacturing Technology
- Machining/Machine Tool/CNC
- Automotive Service Technology
- Robotic Welding Technology
- Engineering Technology
Requirements
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Not eligible: Dually enrolled high school students.
