Foreign Minister, Lebanese Minister of Culture Talk Ties

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi and Lebanese Minister of Culture Ghassan Salamé discussed ties and cooperation on Sunday in Amman.
Safadi emphasized that the Kingdom supports Lebanon’s security, stability, and sovereignty, urging a consolidated effort to maintain stability in the country.
He called for backing the Lebanese government’s efforts to assert sovereignty over its territory, along with a demand for Israel to withdraw from occupied Lebanese lands and to implement agreements made with the Lebanese government.
Salamé expressed gratitude for Jordan’s supportive stance toward Lebanon and highlighted the efforts made by His Majesty King Abdullah II in aiding the country and its people.
