One Dead in Coahoma County Crash
COAHOMA COUNTY, Tenn. – A tragic accident on Highway 61 South has left one person dead after being trapped inside their vehicle. According to the Coahoma County Fire Department, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene following reports of a rollover crash.
Upon arrival, fire department personnel found a heavily damaged car off the road with a driver trapped inside. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of CCFD firefighters to extract the individual, paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene.
The Coahoma County Fire Department expressed their condolences to the victim’s family and friends, urging the community to keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this challenging time. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident.
