Riviera Beach resident charged with arson on commercial property following trespassing notice.

A man from Riviera Beach, Haytham Khalafallah, 51, was arrested on charges of arson and trespassing after police identified him on surveillance video starting fires on a property from which he had been barred. Despite a warning from police the day before, video evidence showed him entering the property and setting fire to materials on a business-owned Toyota Camry and later igniting a larger fire near a Toyota Tacoma. The damage is estimated at around $1,000. Khalafallah was apprehended on October 1 and is facing felony charges for second-degree arson.
