The recent completion of the 207 Peachtree project has revitalized a historic corner in downtown Atlanta. This multi-venue dining and entertainment campus encompasses the Grand Ballroom, a 10,000-square-foot event space that offers room for over 300 guests—ideal for weddings and corporate events. The building, originally a department store from the 1920s, has been transformed while preserving its historic charm.
Key Features:
- Architectural Elements: The ballroom features 14-foot ceilings, large original windows, and restored hardwood floors.
- Artistic Touches: Nine oversized artworks celebrate Atlanta’s cultural and architectural legacy.
- Upcoming Rooftop Lounge: A rooftop space with food services and city views is set to open in late 2026.
Dining & Entertainment Venues:
- Red Phone Booth: A 1920s-style speakeasy.
- Amalfi Cucina + Mercato: An Italian restaurant.
- Peachtree Sporting Club: An immersive upscale sports bar.
- American Dive: A BBQ and live music venue located in the former vault area.
The overall modernization effort of $10.5 million aims to respect and maintain the building’s historic character while activating all its floors for the first time since the 1970s.
