Agere Automotive Acquires BMW and Audi Dealerships in Washington
Agere Automotive has successfully acquired BMW of Tri-Cities and Audi Tri-Cities, located in Richland, Washington, from T&C Tri-Cities Inc. This transaction, finalized in September 2026, marks Agere Automotive’s entry into dealership acquisitions, as they aim to focus on luxury automotive brands.
Both dealerships will continue operating under their current names and locations. The deal was facilitated by Rich Kumar from MD Johnson Inc., who advised T&C Tri-Cities throughout the process.
