Policy Configuration: For the next 28 days, you can configure the global default policy for Copilot features via the “AI Controls” page under the “Copilot” section. This period allows preparation but does not yet change user access.

Settings Options:
- Enabled: Users will have access to current and future eligible features by default.
- Disabled: Users will not have access to current eligible features without admin approval for future features.
- Let organizations decide: Organization admins can choose to enable or disable features.

Effective Date: The policy goes into effect on October 22. Unconfigured features will follow the default policy you select.

Preservation of Choices:
- Explicitly enabled or disabled features will retain those settings.
- Preview features that become generally available will maintain the user’s existing selection.
