‘The Beast in Me’ is Coming Back for Season 2 on Netflix | Entertainment News

Netflix’s The Beast in Me Returns for Season 2

Netflix has confirmed that The Beast in Me will make its comeback with a second season. Claire Danes is set to reprise her Emmy-nominated role as Aggie Wiggs. Alongside her, Howard Gordon, the co-showrunner, will also serve as an executive producer for the new season, with Daniel Pearle joining as co-showrunner and executive producer.

Gordon expressed his enthusiasm about the new season, stating, “We always told ourselves we’d only do a second season of The Beast in Me if we found a story that was worthy of the first — and I’m thrilled to say we found it.” He extended gratitude to Netflix and the production team for the opportunity to continue the series.

Jinny Howe, head of Scripted Series at Netflix, echoed this excitement, highlighting the show’s impact on global audiences and the exceptional performances, particularly that of Matthew Rhys, who won an Emmy for his role.

Details regarding casting and the storyline for season 2 are yet to be announced but will be revealed in the future.
