The Oshkosh Public Library has recently transformed its teen space into “The Bubble,” a modern and inviting area for teens to hang out, socialize, and explore new interests. This initiative addresses the growing need for safe community spaces, especially as kids spend more time at home. Designed with teens’ input, “The Bubble” aims to foster creativity and a sense of belonging. It is located on the first floor of the library at 106 Washington Ave and is open daily during library hours.
