The White brothers—Bo, Coley, and Pat—founded Blueprint Performance, a training gym in Daphne, Alabama, aimed at nurturing young athletes. Their passion for sports began early, particularly with football, which Bo credits to their father’s encouragement.
After attending West Virginia University, where Pat and Coley played for the Mountaineers, Coley launched Blueprint Performance in 2014 to help athletes prepare for college sports. By 2015, Pat and Bo joined him, leveraging their combined expertise, including Pat’s experience as an NFL and MLB draftee.
In 2018, they expanded their facility to accommodate athletes of all ages and sports, including basketball and soccer. Over the last decade, they’ve guided countless young athletes through their development and recruiting processes, finding fulfillment in their successes.
