The Naperville Irish Fest, celebrating Irish heritage, will return to Central Park on September 18-19, 2026. Hosted by West Suburban Irish, this event takes place just after the halfway point to St. Patrick’s Day, drawing thousands for a weekend of music, dance, food, and family activities.
Presented by Woody Buick GMC of Naperville as the Emerald Isle Sponsor, and supported by the Naperville SECA Commission, the festival aims to preserve Irish culture while fostering community connections. Visitors will enjoy live performances, traditional dance, cultural exhibits, and Irish cuisine, alongside children’s activities like face painting and a Kids’ Parade.
The festivities kick off early with a performance by Character Fleadh at Quigley’s Irish Pub on September 17. Music highlights include McNulty Irish Dancers, Joyce Boys, and Celtic Roots, along with whiskey and Guinness tastings.
Moreover, the festival emphasizes community support by donating $25 for each volunteer to various nonprofits. Tickets are available now, with early bird prices until September 11.
