A person was hospitalized after becoming trapped in a maintenance area near the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Lexington, Ky. The incident occurred Monday afternoon, prompting a response from the Lexington Fire Department. Initially reported as happening on school property, officials later clarified that it was on a site not affiliated with the school district.
Fire crews arrived around 2:10 p.m. and discovered the individual suspended off the ground on top of a pipe. They successfully rescued him, and he was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.
