A new Thai cafe named Layers & Flavors is set to open in Latonia, Northern Kentucky, at 3627 Decoursey Ave. The opening is anticipated for late September, although specific dates and hours are still pending. Founder Sasi Hebel acquired the 1,800-square-foot property for $220,000 in April and has invested an additional $300,000 in the cafe’s development.
