Mercedes-AMG Motorsports Expands Its Official Automotive Collaboration with duPont REGISTRY News

The Nürburgring, known as the “Green Hell,” is a historic and challenging racing venue where many automotive milestones are achieved. Mercedes-AMG Motorsport has extended its partnership with the Nürburgring, reinforcing a shared history that began nearly a century ago. This extension ensures a strong brand presence, including naming rights to the AMG Arena and Grandstand.

Mercedes-Benz’s legacy at the Nürburgring dates back to the first race in 1927, won by Rudolf Caracciola. Recently, the AMG team celebrated successes, notably at the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring. The track is also crucial for testing AMG road cars, where the CLA 45 4MATIC+ recently set a category record.

Simon Wilbers of Mercedes-AMG highlighted the significance of the Nürburgring for the brand, citing its role in historic victories and record-breaking performances. The continued collaboration marks a decade-long partnership, celebrating both brands’ legacies and looking forward to future successes.
