Atelier, a luxury fashion boutique in New York, is expanding its presence with a new location in Greenwich Village at 181 MacDougal Street. This site, part of a new condominium, will be Atelier’s flagship in Manhattan. The 2,130-square-foot space commands a rent of $250 per square foot, negotiated by Newmark’s team, including Ariel Schuster, Jackie Totolo, and Jordyn Comras.
Founded in 2002, Atelier offers exclusive collections from various designers and currently operates two nearby stores on Eighth Street. The new location, situated near Washington Square Park, is set to open in four to six months, though the company hasn’t disclosed plans for its existing shops.
