Framebridge Opens New Store in Rice Village
Framebridge, known for its custom picture framing services, has announced plans to open a new store in Rice Village by late 2026, as per a project listing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Customers can frame everything from photos and art to documents, textiles, and even 3D objects. The process is user-friendly, allowing individuals to upload digital images, ship items, or bring them directly to the store.
Company Background
Framebridge was founded by CEO Susan Tynana, who was inspired by her hiking trips with her sister. Frustrated with the traditional framing experience—where options felt overwhelming and costs soared—she aimed to simplify and enhance custom framing.
From its beginnings as an online startup in Washington, D.C., Framebridge has grown, now operating around 43 retail locations across the nation since opening its first brick-and-mortar store in 2019.
Upcoming Store Details
The new Rice Village location will involve renovations of an existing 755-square-foot space, with work scheduled from late September to late December. In addition to River Oaks, plans for more locations in Houston are underway, including sites on White Oak Drive and Voss Road.
