Starfighters Space, Inc. to Showcase F-104 Aircraft at AIRSHO
KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla., September 01, 2026 – Starfighters Space, Inc. (NYSE American: FJET), the only company operating a fleet of flight-ready Mach 2+ F-104 supersonic aircraft, will participate in the AIRSHO event on September 12-13 at the Midland International Air & Space Port, Texas. The event will feature both flight and static displays of the F-104 aircraft.
The AIRSHO event presents a unique platform for Starfighters to exhibit how a significant piece of aviation history influences the future of aerospace. Currently, the F-104 fleet is actively used for high-speed research, testing, and technology development in support of next-gen aerospace applications.
Piloting the F-104 will be Piercarlo Ciacchi, the Director of Flight Operations, who boasts over 7,000 flight hours, including experience with the F-104 in the Italian Air Force.
