Nutritional Benefits
Liz’s ice cream is a protein powerhouse, thanks to cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, double cream, and protein powder. The fruits add vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, while kefir contributes beneficial live cultures.
“I love having this as a simple summer dessert,” Liz shares. “It’s perfect for when I fancy something sweet but still supports my protein intake. A genuine wellbeing win!”
