Stealth Energy Services is moving its headquarters from Odessa to Levelland, Texas, investing nearly $4 million and creating up to 100 full-time jobs. This relocation is part of a 10-year economic development partnership with the Levelland Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), following negotiations that began in April 2025.
The company will construct a new facility and rail spur at the Levelland Industrial Rail Park, representing a significant capital investment. It is set to become one of the top employers and tax-generating entities in the area.
Owner Jeramiah Maynard highlighted the area’s growth potential as a key reason for the move, noting that a visit to Levelland helped solidify the decision. Immediate plans include relocating 26 employees and hiring 10 additional staff. They are committed to maintaining at least 40 jobs throughout the partnership.
Mayor Breann Buxkemper emphasized the positive impact on Levelland’s tax base and local community, noting that the jobs created could lead to generational wealth. The expansion is also expected to benefit local schools, which was another factor in Maynard’s decision. Stealth Energy Services expects to open its new headquarters within a year.
