Singapore couple plans $150,000 budget for a year-long journey with three children.

In 2014, Daniel Ng and Gina Cheong embarked on a 10-month backpacking adventure through lesser-known destinations such as Armenia, Georgia, Mongolia, and parts of Central Asia, spending $10,000 each for the entire trip. Now both 38, they describe this journey as one of the greatest adventures of their lives. The couple married in 2019 and co-founded a video production company called Aww Media.
