Gladstone Investment Corporation (Nasdaq:GAIN), through its portfolio company SFEG Holdings Inc., has agreed to sell Specialized Fabrication Equipment Group LLC (SFEG) to Enerpac Tool Group Corp. This sale represents a successful exit strategy for Gladstone Investment, which is expected to fully recover its debt investment and realize significant capital gains.
SFEG specializes in designing and selling specialty equipment for the fabrication and welding industries. The acquisition will enhance Enerpac’s portfolio of industrial tools and services.
