Tom Turcich’s journey is truly inspiring. At 26, he began a five-year odyssey called The World Walk, aiming to traverse seven continents on foot. His adventure has already taken him over 10,000 miles through the Americas, where he faced numerous challenges and experiences, including dangerous encounters, natural hardships, and cultural explorations.
He started with minimal funds and possessions, opting for a baby carriage to carry his gear. Along the way, he adopted a dog named Savannah, who has become his loyal companion, even overcoming her own fears to keep pace with him.
As of now, Tom is in Europe, planning to continue into Africa and then Mongolia. His experiences illustrate a profound connection to both the world and its people, with each step documenting his journey of personal growth and reflection.
