Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC Appoints Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer
Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC, a prominent developer, owner, and operator of intrastate natural gas pipelines, has appointed Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Shriver brings nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and strategic roles and joins Woodway as the company expands its infrastructure platform to meet the growing energy demands from sectors including data centers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, and LNG facilities.
Diaco Aviki, CEO of Woodway Energy Infrastructure, stated, “Russell brings deep commercial and strategic expertise across the digital infrastructure landscape. His experience in tackling complex power challenges and developing on-site generation solutions will be invaluable as we grow our infrastructure platform.”
Previously, Mr. Shriver held senior roles at leading data center developers such as Digital Realty and Vantage Data Centers, where he spearheaded expansion initiatives that significantly increased market presence and capital investments.
His recent focus has been on delivering reliable, scalable power to meet the needs of large and complex loads in the digital infrastructure sector. Mr. Shriver has also held leadership positions in telecommunications with companies like NEXTLINK/XO Communications, Level 3 Communications, and CenturyLink.

Mr. Shriver holds a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
