“Looking through the cast list, there are still so many players who could do a lot of damage to the traitors. There’s Jerry Hall, who, as well as being iconic in the challenges, is forming a fast bond with Rob and Romesh that I can’t wait to see develop. Then there’s Joanne McNally, who kept her cards relatively close to her chest until she was unleashed at the round table.
“I’m secretly hoping Joe Lycett will win – not only because I have him in the office sweepstake, but because he remains totally unflappable and hilarious as the episodes tick on. Special shoutouts go to Julie Hesmondhalgh, Michael Sheen, and Miranda Hart, who are thoroughly living up to their status as national treasures in their own weird and wonderful ways.
“While King Kenny, Sebastian Croft, and Sharon Rooney are flying under the radar now, I’m curious to see how they fare after the first banishment. Sadly, I do think Richard’s time as a traitor is up, but you never know what could happen at that round table, so Leigh-Anne and Hannah need to keep their wits about them.”
