Fortnite has recently introduced a collaboration with Hollow Knight, adding The Knight character as a Sidekick along with themed items. The new bundle costs 2,000 V-Bucks, while just acquiring The Knight Sidekick is priced at 1,500 V-Bucks. These prices are notably higher than the original Hollow Knight game and its sequel, Silksong, which are available on platforms like Steam.
To obtain the bundle, players must buy 2,400 V-Bucks for around $22.99. This means that even the basic Sidekick item costs a minimum of $17.98, surpassing the cost of the original game at $14.99. Silksong, priced at $19.99, is also cheaper than the bundle.
While this pricing aligns with Fortnite’s usual practices, it may be a deterrent for newcomers or those not accustomed to purchasing V-Bucks. What are your thoughts on the pricing for these Hollow Knight items in Fortnite? Join the discussion on the Insider Gaming Discord server!
