Aaron Paul, known for his role in “Breaking Bad,” has sold his historic Los Angeles home, the Seyler House, for $7.495 million after a year on the market. Initially listed for nearly $10 million in July 2025, he reduced the asking price to around $8.2 million earlier this year.
Situated just below Griffith Park, the estate spans 4,026 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outdoor amenities feature a swimming pool, cold plunge, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, koi pond, and a garden dining patio. The property has housed numerous celebrities over the years, including Robert Pattinson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
Following the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, Paul and his wife, Lauren Parsekian, relocated their family to Paris, leading to the decision to sell their home. Paul expressed a desire for his children to experience life abroad and always wanted to immerse himself in a different culture.
