HERRIMAN, Utah (Friday, Oct. 9, 2026) – This weekend, Real Salt Lake (9W-13L-5T, 32 points, t-10th West / t-20th Shield MLS) resumes action with a 5:30p MT kickoff Saturday away against the Philadelphia Union (11W-10L-6T, 39 points, 6th East / 12th Shield). RSL expects to welcome several players back from injury and international absences, including Juan Manuel Sanabria, Saba Lobjanidze, Luca Moisa, Colin Guske, Kobi Henry, Luc de Fougerolles, Dušan Žagar, Zach Booth, and Ariath Piol.
RSL boasts an all-time record of 2W-1L-4T in seven visits to Subaru Park, with the last win against the Union in April 2024. The team is looking to end a 12-game winless streak on the road, dating back to March 7.
Philadelphia is led by U.S. Men’s National Team teen star Cavan Sullivan, who has six goals and eight assists in the last eight matches. The Union are coming off six consecutive wins and dominate their league form post-World Cup.
Saturday’s match will be streamed on Apple TV with commentary from Chris Wittyngham and Lori Lindsey. The KSL Radio team of David James and Jay Nolly will also provide coverage.
