Tens of thousands attended ComplexCon at the Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend, celebrating its 10th anniversary. The festival featured streetwear showcases and performances by Playboi Carti and Ken Carson, while the Family Style Food Festival highlighted unique culinary offerings from 24 vendors.
Founded by Miles Canares and acquired by Complex in 2024, the festival blends viral food concepts with street culture. Notable experiences included the RC Cafe, which featured an interactive booth and innovative food items like Cinnamon Toast-flavored ice cream and smoked short rib ssäm.
The food offerings also included collaborations with well-known restaurants, such as Pizzeria Sei and special drinks from Big Baby’s Cornbread and Hilltop Coffee. Canares emphasized the mission to help emerging food brands gain visibility.
Attendees, like Ibrahima Thiam and his sons, praised the variety of food and the synergy between streetwear and culinary experiences at the event.
