Ant and Dec have humorously suggested they might “sue themselves” after discovering similarities between the theme tune for I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and their 1994 song “Tonight I’m Free (Cool Mix).”
During their podcast, Hanging Out With Ant & Dec, a listener brought this comparison to their attention. Ant McPartlin expressed shock during playback, prompting jokes about legal action, with Declan Donnelly quipping about suing McPartlin in return.
Originally, Ant and Dec rose to fame in the TV series Byker Grove before transitioning to a successful music career, including hits like “Let’s Get Ready to Rhumble.” The theme for I’m a Celebrity was composed by Grant Buckerfield, sampling music from Earth, Wind & Fire and Boom Crash Opera.
As they prepare for a new series of the show, there’s rising anticipation regarding the lineup, with celebrities like Wayne Rooney and Ricky Wilson rumored to join.
