LOS ANGELES, Oct. 6, 2026 – Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) has announced plans to offer $840 million in senior notes and €500 million in senior notes, both maturing in 2032. The company’s obligations under these notes will be guaranteed by it and its future domestic subsidiaries that also guarantee its senior secured credit facilities.
Use of Proceeds
The net proceeds will primarily be used to redeem all outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027, alongside fees and expenses related to the offering, and general corporate purposes, which may include repaying certain debts. The completion of this offering depends on market and pricing conditions.
