Jim Carrey Puts $35 Million Hawaii Estate on the Market Just Days After Tying the Knot with Min Ah

Jim Carrey is selling his luxurious waterfront estate in Hawaii for $35 million, shortly after marrying his longtime partner, Min Ah. The property, which he purchased for $16.5 million in 2016, boasts three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across 4,717 square feet, situated on nearly an acre along Keawakapu Beach.

This decision marks another significant change in Carrey’s life, following his nuptials in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles. The property, listed by Blake Hill of Hawaii Life, is described as a “bohemian luxury unicorn” and is fully furnished. It features high-end amenities, an airy floor plan, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces.

The estate includes a chef’s kitchen, an elegant primary suite with a swinging bed, and a resort-like outdoor area with a freeform pool. Despite his desire for privacy and a quieter lifestyle in recent years, Carrey’s choice to sell raises questions about his future in Hawaii.

Carrey’s recent marriage follows a public acknowledgment of his partner during an awards ceremony, underscoring their commitment while maintaining a low profile. His changes in real estate also align with his retreat from Hollywood, as he expressed enjoyment in a more solitary and serene existence.
