The GBTA Foundation has announced its 2026 WINiT Top 50 honorees, celebrating both established leaders and rising talent dedicated to advancing women in the business travel and meetings sector. This year’s list represents 36 companies from 16 countries across five continents, showcasing the global impact of these outstanding individuals.
Notably, all honorees will receive 50,000 AAdvantage miles, courtesy of American Airlines, in recognition of their contributions to inclusion in the industry. The categories underscore various aspects of leadership and innovation, from “Women Innovating the Way We Travel” to the new “Allies in Action” category, which honors male leaders championing diversity.
Bev Heinritz of the GBTA Foundation praised the honorees for their commitment to excellence and their role in inspiring future leaders. The awards will be presented at the upcoming 2026 GBTA WINiT Summit on October 27 in Dallas.
