The Blessing of the Pets event at St. Camillus Church gathered community members and their pets in celebration of St. Francis of Assisi’s Feast Day. Former Holy Spirit Pastor Father Joseph McCaffrey, currently serving as Episcopal Vicar for the Diocese of Pittsburgh, returned to Lawrence County to lead the blessings, highlighting St. Francis’ deep connection and love for animals.
