Family Sells House to Explore Europe While Dad Works Part-Time 10 Hours a Week

Lee Bodell, a former workaholic from Birkenhead, has transformed his life by selling his home and possessions to travel Europe with his family. After quitting his demanding 50-hour-a-week HGV driving job, Lee and his partner, Aimee Bedford, left the UK in September with their two youngest children. They have visited seven countries in three weeks, using £1,800 first-class Interrail passes, while Lee manages to earn between £500 and £1,000 weekly from his online solar panel business. The family plans to continue their European adventures before heading to Thailand for Christmas and New Year, with aspirations of eventually settling abroad.
