The article discusses the recent rumors about Michael B. Jordan supposedly dating singer Raye, which gained traction through AI-generated images of the two allegedly together. These images quickly went viral, with one post accumulating over 800,000 views despite the fact that Jordan was not even at the event depicted.
Raye has denied the rumors, while Jordan’s camp has remained silent, making the situation more intriguing for fans. The phenomenon highlights how social media can bolster rumors, allowing them to proliferate without substantial proof. The rise of generative AI also complicates celebrity gossip, as it can create convincing fake evidence that makes such rumors harder to dispel. A publicist emphasized the need for regulation due to the potential misuse of AI technology, particularly for harmful or deceptive purposes.
