LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Edward and Christiana Wozniak launched 4 Hearts Mobile two years ago to provide veterinary care directly to pet owners. This service is especially beneficial for clients with disabilities or pets that struggle with travel.
Origin of the Idea
The inspiration for this mobile service came from an encounter at a Tractor Supply location. A customer expressed the need for home vaccinations for his four large dogs, leading the Wozniaks to realize they could fulfill that need.
How to Schedule a Visit
Scheduling a visit is straightforward—just a phone call is needed. “You call us, say you need us to vaccinate your pets, and we’ll set up a time,” Wozniak explained.
Prioritizing Comfort
The Wozniaks emphasize the importance of making both pets and owners feel comfortable. They encourage pre-registration and inform clients upon arrival, allowing owners to decide whether to meet indoors or outside. This approach fosters a personal connection with both pets and their owners before the vaccination process begins.
