ASTORIA – The Queens Culture & Arts Network (QCAN), a part of the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens, has officially opened its new site at 31-01 Vernon Boulevard in Astoria and is now accepting registrations for four engaging workshops. The facility will also feature performances, exhibits, and rehearsal space.

The workshops offer hands-on experiences, reflecting community interests. Among these offerings, one workshop has been specifically designed for children, with plans for additional courses in the future.

Participants are encouraged to explore their creativity in a comfortable environment led by industry professionals, including Broadway talent. “Our workshops resonate with the community’s enthusiasm, and we’re excited to start the journey,” stated Executive Director Susan Agin. The first course kicks off on October 24.

Space is limited, so register soon at QCAN’s website to be among the first to enjoy this new creative hub.
