The victim, Jazzma Kendrick, a Miami-based content creator, reported the alleged incident to the police following an August 28 event where she sustained injuries. Kendrick indicated in social media posts that she had left Ross due to the abuse, which involved a “busted lip.” Ross’ defense team has denied the accusations, suggesting that Kendrick has unclear motivations and pointing out the delay in her police report.
Ross has pleaded not guilty, with an arraignment set for October 22. Following his release, he claimed innocence regarding the allegations and stated plans to travel abroad. Kendrick’s police statements allege that a dispute arose over her social media activity, leading to physical aggression from Ross.
