New Sports-Entertainment Complex Breaks Ground in North Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A significant milestone has been reached for the new sports-entertainment complex in North Las Vegas, with city officials and Agora Realty celebrating the commencement of the final construction phase of Hylo Park.
Hylo Park is envisioned as a professional-level youth sports and entertainment district, spanning 250,000 square feet and taking the place of the demolished Fiesta Rancho casino. The complex aims to facilitate youth and collegiate sports events, including local and national tournaments.
Agora Realty, the developer behind this project, has acquired land previously occupied by Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station, launching the third and final phase of development in a 73-acre mixed-use community. The recently completed second phase includes a retail center designed to cater to The West End, a new 400-home neighborhood currently in development.
Additionally, Agora Realty is renovating the Hylo Park Ice Arena, which was once part of Fiesta Rancho.
For those interested, there’s an In-N-Out Burger location planned for the Hylo Park development, adding to the community’s appeal.
