Queen Letizia Adorns a Unique Diamond Tiara at the State Banquet for the French President

Queen Letizia of Spain showcased her glamor at a recent gala dinner held at the Royal Palace of Madrid. She donned a stunning ice-blue gown by Carolina Herrera and adorned herself with the historic Spanish Floral Tiara, making a striking appearance alongside King Felipe VI, who wore a classic black suit.

The gala celebrated the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron, both of whom were elegantly dressed. Brigitte wore a white-and-silver gown, perfectly complementing her husband.

Letizia’s tiara, a masterpiece featuring diamonds crafted into a floral design, has a rich history, originally commissioned in 1879. After being lost to the royal family for a time, it was reacquired in 1962.

Completing her look, Queen Letizia wore silver platform heels and diamond earrings, finishing with the red sash of the Order of the Legion of Honour, making her one of the night’s standout figures.
