Angelina Jolie’s Historic Mansion Sold for $24.75 Million
Angelina Jolie’s iconic Hollywood mansion, previously owned by legendary director Cecil B. DeMille, has officially been sold for $24.75 million. The property, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, spans 11,000 square feet, features six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and sits on two acres of land.
Jolie purchased the estate in 2017 for $24.5 million after filing for divorce from Brad Pitt. She initially listed the home for sale at $29.9 million in May. DeMille, who bought the mansion in 1916, lived there until his death in 1959. The estate boasts impressive amenities, including a fitness studio, guest house, pool, and lush gardens, and offers stunning views of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory.
The sale comes amidst Jolie’s ongoing legal dispute with Pitt over their jointly owned French winery, Château Miraval. Both have been involved in a protracted legal battle since their split in 2016, with expectations of a trial in August 2027.
