In the upcoming season of Celebrity Traitors, comedian Rob Beckett and fellow contestant Maya Jama have expressed their dissatisfaction with the promotional headshots being used, calling them misleading. Beckett humorously questioned the quality of his image, remarking, “What the f*** has happened to my face?” His wife joked about using AI to replace him in family photos. Maya Jama echoed similar feelings, stating, “They did us all dirty tbh,” regarding the chosen images.
Meanwhile, comedian Joanne McNally aired her grievances about not appearing in the show’s trailers, wondering if her participation had been more of a “fever dream.” She humorously noted that each time a trailer is released, she hopes to see herself featured, only to be disappointed.
The new season, set to premiere on October 1, will feature a diverse cast, including actors like Bella Ramsey and Michael Sheen, as well as musicians and content creators. Mathematician Professor Hannah Fry will also bring her analytical skills to the game for added intrigue. Claudia Winkleman returns as host, with episodes airing twice weekly.
