Brennan Investment Group Expands Denver Portfolio with Industrial Acquisition
DENVER, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Brennan Investment Group (Brennan), a leading private real estate investment firm, has acquired a 136,744 square-foot industrial property in Denver, Colorado, enhancing its portfolio in the area.
Located on 8.78 acres within Montbello Industrial Park, this asset benefits from proximity to the Havana Street interchange at Interstate 70, offering easy access to major transportation routes across the Denver metropolitan area. The facility, originally constructed in 1970, features clear heights of 18 to 26 feet, 13 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, and heavy industrial zoning, making it ideal for various industrial uses.
Currently, the property is fully leased to a long-standing building products distributor that has occupied the site since the early 2000s.
“This property boasts features that are increasingly rare in the Denver market, including secure outdoor storage and flexible loading options,” noted Brian Roach, Managing Principal for the Mountain West region at Brennan. “The tenant’s long history at the facility highlights its suitability for industrial users.”
Kevin Brennan, Chief Investment Officer, emphasized the strategic nature of this acquisition, pointing to the property’s strong fundamentals and its location within a robust rental market as key factors contributing to its investment appeal.
