Pet of the Week: Dr. Strangelove Seeking a Hop-Home

Meet Dr. Strangelove: Your Future Bunny Companion!

Hello there! My name is Dr. Strangelove, and I promise I’m as sweet as they come!

A New Beginning

When I first arrived at the shelter, I wasn’t feeling too well. But my caring humans helped me through it, and now I’m healthy and ready to show my true colors!

Personality Plus

I’m very affectionate and love being around people. When my favorite visitors come by, I run over and flop down, just waiting for some pets. Oh, and treats? They’re my favorite! If you have some goodies, we’ll be best friends in no time!

Spunky and Adventurous

I have a playful side too! I enjoy exploring and love fun activities like digging and playing with toys. The hustle and bustle around the shelter doesn’t bother me at all; I’m happy doing my bunny business while the humans are busy.

Learning and Growing

I’m currently honing my litter box skills and learning what it feels like to have my own cozy space. I’m a quick learner and am making great progress!

What I Need

I’m looking for someone who can shower me with the love and attention I deserve. I’ve got so much personality waiting to shine, and I can’t wait to share it with my forever family!

Rabbit Care

  • Shelter rabbits are spayed/neutered and microchipped.
  • Rabbits can live for 8 to 10 years.
  • Ideal housing includes a large playpen or a bunny-proofed room.
  • A healthy rabbit diet consists of unlimited hay, quality pellets, fresh greens, and plenty of clean water.
  • Don’t forget to provide lots of safe toys to keep me entertained!

If you’re interested in adopting me, please reach out to the Beaver County Humane Society at 3394 Brodhead Road, Center Township, or call 724-775-5801.

Let’s find each other soon! 🐰❤️
