This announcement follows Macklemore’s removal from the Ed Sheeran Loop Tour, which he attributed to comments made during his New Jersey concerts. On September 16, Macklemore pledged the funds after being dropped from the tour, which also involved opposition from Robert Kraft regarding his Gillette Stadium performance. The following day, Ms. Rachel declared her matching donation, directing the funds to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, and urged other celebrities to contribute as well, referring to the “genocide in Gaza.”
